Is it ever a good time to buy? Yesterday, I said when it hits .10 it'll be a good buy. Others disagreed and said .20 should be the bottom. Now for some at .17, and the trucks are backing up.

Buy it if you like it. It could be .30 tomorrow, or it could be .12.

The question is, do you believe in this copper story? If you do, buy it.
