#1342 RE: hridge #1332

I'm surprised that "if you really own 55 million" that you have been quite for so long and took this opportunity to post in the last week. If you purchased on the ask and lets say you average around .004, your in it for 220K? Seems a bit risky for a pinksheet company. Having an alias born on Jan 24, 2008 also throws a few read flags. I'm not saying you didn't but it is a little hard to believe.

Now you tactic to me is all wrong, why do you feel now is the time to lets us all know something has gone erroneous? If the 55 million is true, I suspect you wanted to unload your position not attempt to drive the price down. Unless, you want to pick up more shares below your average .004? Did Larry give you a price to buy back your shares, he seem willing to discuss a reasonable price with you?

I like you believe Larry needs to come clean on all of this quickly. Many on this board have bene asking similar questions over the past 12+ months some longer. Maybe this forum will help push this out in the open.

You post was also deleted asking others to tell you their share count, this is not advised and was deleted by the IHUB Admin. If you want to do this, you should do this on private email only.

hridge, you need to file a Form 3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission as Beneficial Owner immediately.

Here is HKBV's CUSIP #;

http://www.sec.gov/cgi-bin/browse-edgar?action=getcompany&CIK=0001340382&owner=include&count=40

BTW- You should also contact the SEC regarding those REGDEXs filed to sell discounted HKBV stock.

Good luck.
