I think as each day goes by more and more who have been on the sidelines is going to be buying some shares to start to build their inventory. Each time the RSI goes under 30 the buying starts. Hopefully this time the timing is perfect to the finalization of the legacy debt so this upswing will be maintain to fair valuation!
