#1327 RE: markrhead #1325

It certainly not clear to me what your point is. Your statement that "there has not been enough volume for 70 million shares traded ever" is ludacris. My purchases were from mid 2006 thru 2007. Why don't you concentrate on the real issues instead of using valuable time chasing. What I have posted is accurate and true. To link me by inuindo to something false liken's you to a dog barking up the wrong tree.
"For a brief time after the purchase and transfer of control of the shell, etc" you state. As I said my first purchase did not take place until mid 2006. You state that that issue with the previous principal was resolved by legal threats, well, just when was there a resolution to that problem? Before or after mid 2006?
You would be better served to Focus on what Larry has published. Look at the unfulfilled promises for info and events to come that we never heard anything about.
How can your serve two masters?
Why does Larry and Jill have another beverage Company in Nevada?
The use of "therefore I think my problem is with someone else" is absured. Larry is the one who lied to me.

I am taking the remainder of this to redress some statements made by another blogger. Regarding my attempt to help get East Coast Distribution for HKBV. I am a Grocerer. I purchase from the largest Independent Grocery wholesaler on the East Coast. Merchants Distributing Co in Hickory NC. They service over 600 independent Grocery stores. I do not know how many C Stores they serve, if any. I'm assuming they are the ones who wanted $50,000. to put product in distribution. I know nothing of the process but it seemed like a good marriage to me. All I did was call the buyer.
The other distributor is in Charlotte NC. They are a Jones Beverage Distributor. I made a cold call (Long Distance)to them to find out if they would had heard of Hat Trick and to see if they would be interested in carrying HKBV products. I don't even remember their name. What transpired afterwards I don't know. I called several other Jones Beverage Distributors also. They are not what I would call friends or associates. Certainly I will not make any further suggestions to any distributor regarding HKBV.
What have you done to put your name on the line? Have you attempted to be a help in growing the Company?
My name is more valuble to me than anything in this earth. I am angered at the constant lies from Larry. If you choose to believe him so be it.

By the way some of you act as if I have been posting for months. This only began on Saturday. Any disruption to Larry is only a smokescreen.
