+++I am now dead to self and alive to Christ, though I still live, it is not me but Christ that lives in me.
Amen...many love to say that "they live for Christ".
This is a common misconception, until they truly have
given everything up, have died to self, and are living
a blameless life. Until you are Justified, Purified,
Sanctified and Glorified by Christ, it is Christ and the
Holy Spirit that LIVES WITHIN you, not you living for Him.
He is the Light of the World, and we are called to be
reflections of Him, beacons of Light in a fallen, dying
world, to be the salt, to keep and maintain His commandments
with unwavering OBEDIENCE and COMMITMENT. He came to prosper
us, not to harm us, to give us life and life more abundant.
We have not because we ask not, in prayer and supplication
to Him. I once was lost, but now I'm found, I once was dead,
but now I live......to be alive in Him, to walk in lockstep
with Him, is to have Joy that surpasses all human understanding.
Have a most blessed day, and commit every
random act of kindness unto others that presents itself today,
and see the blessings flow.
