Analystslie hasn't been a moderator for many months here. It's just been Jack of Stocks and myself. Just thought I'd clarify that.
Can't say this situation is pretty, but if you remember, this is just what we dealt with here last summer. And the company found a way to get it done, and hopefully for anyone who is long, they do it again. I know there are many Nick-haters, and who knows...maybe this time the resolution will end his reign in the company. Hard to say. But I know many have pointed to his actions, his dealings. That's their right, though I have yet to see him on any SEC/FBI dockets, so I have my right to consider the possibility that it isn't Nick, or at least isn't just Nick. Whatever the situation, I look forward to a resolution on this.
There isn't a long in the world who could say this was a good day, watching the price go down. I think Goldenstar's assessment is as upbeat as you will get.
