As far as I know, that competition was never actually scheduled. Remember, Tampa has only been open for a little over a month. I know it seems like a long time when you own the stock and watch it do nothing, but for this tiny company it has probably flown by. IMO, the shop was opened sooner than it should have been (as evidenced by the website, the gaming, etc.), but Dr. Chavis saw the importance of opening on time. Now this prototype needs some time for analysis and fine-tuning. And Dr. Chavis has apparently been busy planning how to make the most out of all the interest that has been generated. Meanwhile, people who acquired very cheap shares are selling into any strength and taking their profits regardless of what the future of H3 might be. Until we get official announcements of the next soda shops, the evolution of the gaming and h3players, the franchising, and/or any of the other pieces, the stock price will continue to reflect the current value set by the market.
