I'm not sure that BHUB is a good example. Wasn't that the one that is now on gray market, at .0001? Is it even trading?

If I recall, they claimed that transfer agent issued unauthorized shares months ago. If so, obviously there was manipulation either by TA or by the company itself, right?

Today, RABR is still at .0001 on the ask. If someone wants to buy shares at .0001, they can. If your broker won't fill you, there is something wrong. Call your broker.

Don't get me wrong, there's plenty of manipulation out there and I've written often about it, but if the ask is at .0001, you can buy shares.
