"During the better part of 2007 our analysts have been researching Fundacion Pan America (FPA) and the PDR Exchange. After a thorough due-diligence on the liquid and fixed assets of FPA had been completed, FHAF agreed to provide management services for the PDR Exchange and represent the assets of FPA."
***This one is a doosey. And just how does a US firm gain access to the liquid and fixed assets of a Panamanian Private Interest Fundation when the company PNMS US cannot provide such information. Sounds like a total breach of law 25. Oh wait maybe it's not a breach considering one of the fairchild team was promoted from Clor-Free and is now the technical director of Fairchild. A 50 year old company with a 6 day old website did not have a technical director prior to 6 days ago. LOL.
