I found them in SEC filings..

Found who? I just did a search for "Fairchild Holdings" at the SEC site, and it turned up zippo. Same for "David P. Fairchild". A search at secinfo.com turns up a "Fairchild Holdings Corp" a.k.a. "Fairchild Corp" and "RHI Holdings". That one's not the same company:
