I read it somewhere that there is a limit on the % of the daily volume can be coming from insider purchases.

Like if the daily volume if X, then the insider cannot buy X times a certain percentage of shares that day...

Anyone can confirm if such thing exist or not?

Not sure if this is true.. I would be estatic with a $2.50 sale right now..
I'm sure there are tons of folks that have either just bought in, or averaged down, that would love to make a decent profit, or break even, and then never think of COR ever again ;)
