The NYSE BP has reversed back up here folks, along with the bp's of the OEX SPX NDX TRAN FINA and a host of others

i am buying all dips, and investing sideline cash another 1/3 this week on any pullback

on my blog i have laid out my current reads of the charts along with investment ideas and how to leg in here at the lows...

that's the lows of all the bullish percents, the "offense" is on the field folks...
