It does not matter if it is a Private Foundation or not the fairchild site is a blatent fraud, fake. So whats that tell you about the rest of the BS these scammers have done?? BTW, the advent of the new fairchild site and announcment about it from the company makes PNMS guilty of fraud that is fact.
An announcement? To whom, this board? Apparently they choose not to ever use an actual "USA Press Release". Sending emails via a shareholders post on this board is not what I or the majority of Shareholders consider to be a press release.
