Can anyone explain to me here how Wal-mart would be doing this??? I understand how Wal-mart can sell it's food items at it's cost or even below it's cost if it wanted....
...but how the hell can Wal-Mart decide what food manufactures sell the food for at wholesale? This doesn't quite make sense to me.
