PV told the RCMP that Kore HAD 280 million shares in early Nov/06.
First thing that comes to mind is that is control block and should have been restricted.
But .... my bet is that it was in Nominee Accounts just like the Nominee Accounts that PV had in Canada.
Second thing is that when AD and nominees knew that:
- the RCMP had come investigating;
- the AF's were not going to be delivered;
- the Windsor Star was going to be releasing an unflattering article;

that they knew the jig was up and FLOODED the market with shares.
Makes for a theory based on circumstantial evidence.
Not just a silly conspiracy theory of naked shorts.

LOL 16 million shares never hit the market, it gapped way down based on building sell orders and opened at 1.30, dropped like a rock from there and got played by every bounce player around.

Some people might have flipped it 10-50 times that day, some playing it both long and short.

I thought you were an experienced trader?

Oh I forgot to answer your question. No, I'm not a shareholder and I haven't held any shares since Oct 11, 2006.

It amazes me that people will hold a stock through formal investigations, just makes no sense to me at all.

I never considered myself a shareholder although I played the stock at least a dozen or more times beginning in September 2005. I was also pointing out DeVries and Petar's involvement and questioning various red flags back in the fall of 2005....it looked like a pump and dump right from the beginning and it was.

I lost money on it once subpenny level when I dumped for a small loss after Ammerman increased the authorized and started diluting after saying he wouldn't.

Overall I did well with it, my highest sell was at .19 on Sept 18/06 from a buy Aug 7 at .085.

As an example of a price drop like SLJB had; here you have CSHD, Rufus' company, that dropped from a $1.99 close the previous trading day, Oct. 23, 2006, to a low of $0.05 in the first day of trading on Nov. 7th, after the SEC temporary suspension in trading - a 97.5% drop.
