Read again the last 8-K with glasses, on new deals, .10c cap. They are invested here, the current deal with Y/A, is completely different compared to previous one.

Okay, we are all calling you to task right now! Your entire credibility is on the line with this post!! Simple!!! Prove what you say in any of the official filings with the reported 2008 revenues the company has stated in their official news announcements. I don't often get peeved about false statements because I take many and laugh at them but this one is so far off I am going to take you to task on it and will jump on every reply you give asking for proof! Your credibitility is at stack right now!!

They're all toxic right from the git go, the .005 is the only "floor" on any of them, but it comes at a price.

"If the Holder elects to convert a portion of the Debenture and, on the day that
the election is made, the Volume Weighted Average Price is below $0.005, the
Company shall have the right to prepay that portion of the Debenture that Holder
elected to convert, plus any accrued and unpaid interest, at 150% of such
amount. In the event that the Company elects to prepay that portion of the
Debenture, Holder shall have the right to withdraw its Conversion Notice."
