This is what happens Doogrof when you post third party information from a blogger with an agenda, especially when the blogger is a consultant to a company that sells services to penny stock companies.

Sounds like Gundy is appealing Judge Mahoney's decision, not Judge Lynch's. Check your facts.

Mighty_Mezz: It is amazing how far beone and Bud can stray from the truth of what has appently happened.

Gunderson may have actually filed an appeal of the ALJ's ruling within the 21 days allowed, and maybe the SEC commissioners (or their staff) will review the appeal of that ALJ ruling.

That is barely within the same world as beone's report that the ALJ overruled Judge Lynch and is letting Gunderson essentially argue the whole case before the SEC commissioners.
