Wood ... there is nothing about this board that needs salvaged. What needs salvaged needs to be salvaged by the Vowlers' and UPZS, not by the moderators of this board.

It has nothing to do with ego. It is also not my responsibility to salvage this "crap". JV and his "team" bear the responsibility for the salvage.

JV let's the CE rating remain on pinksheets.

JV fails to remedy the missing financial filings.

JV fails to communicate to shareholders.

JV failed to keep the share structure in check.

JV failed to pay his rent on a rent to own building.

JV failed to pay the call center workers.

JV failed to pay his management team.

JV failed to pay his outsourcer.

Those are issues that are out there and that continue to affect your PPS.

There are more, Wood. You can't call me out for stating what so many have stated here. Sorry but JV can publicize a conf call and answer each of these questions.

I have no ego in this...I don't want failure for JV...But I am not seeing success and I see all red flags. This is not a stumble or falter.

There is one way to shut me up. File all the financials...audited to GAAP and all requisite 10K's...audited. Wood...I already know he can't do it.
