Speaking of elections, is there still a Board of Directors in place? Last information we had, there was an exhaustive search that netted Bob Fidler, Ray Monroe, John Budzinski and one other corporate icon (Don't remember who). These guys were added to the triple threat of Jim and Bill Vowler and Tom Digita. I am curious if there was ever a vote of any kind taken related to any corporate decision, or is everything simply done by JV on his own. Shouldn't there be some word on selling of assets - HQ, Millvale store, closing of stores, opening of stores, etc. The current law suits will need to be included in any public information including franchise offering literature - assuming attorney Morrow is up to date on everything.
