Oh, there're alluvial diamonds in Guyana, though I doubt Frankie will find any in significant numbers.

I know a Canadian miner who was once sent there to do exploratory work. He said it was awful; tons of leeches. Maybe Frankie should pay a visit. You can't fault his logic: diamonds should be plentiful because they're English-speaking diamonds.
