Without getting too involved in the technicalities of cache tweaks...Intel can't touch it, even Transitive have publically announced that they are looking 'along the lines of what Transmeta have done' - Dynamite, and other disruptive technologies, still boil down to an additional software layer, which ever way you look at it.
