No, this is bad because investors in this movie will likely be ripped off in my opinion because:

* Their SIIR movie was filmed like two years ago and has never made a dime and has been a complete cluster screw. I can only assume that the investors in that have made no return on their investment. The past being an indication of the future I would assume the same for this movie. Also when they filmed that movie the company had a shareholder base that trusted the company and was in a better position and the economy was better.

* There is a movie that has already been filmed titled NEVER BACK DOWN set in the world of MMA by a more reputable company which means this movie even if it were completed in this decade would be cold leftovers.


Parishan, you should ask for a copy of the PPM? I wonder if he discloses in there about the court judgement and other things..

The moves in the right directions that you speak of are for private placement investments. That will not have any effect. There is no money in IPEI. Call and ask them. That is why they never gave the divi. They are broke. Then they opened a holding company that will probably make whatever money they can from fleecing private investors....There has never been anything good out of this company and it has gone downhill from there!
