peachman, i agree, i think the costs of wells was too much, i believe the new company has oil and gas leases, etc that only add to our current company, maybe they want them, maybe they don't...we will know over the next few months...i want to know what the new boys are bringing to the table...as somebody said yesterday, market is pricing this as a shell co. our new ceo/board member has been busy the past few years, lots to read and study
