Since you cannot possibly have any idea of where they are in the process of closing the deal, you have no way of knowing what is going to happen Friday. None of us do. Like Finn said, all we can do is keep our fingers crossed and hope it does come in Friday.
Relient has a non-revocable commitment(in writing) from RiverOaks. This commitment obligates RiverOaks to complete the funding. If the funding does not come in Friday, the deal is not over. Friday is a deadline that David Miller set for himself to complete the funding. If he fails to meet his own deadline, that does not free him from the obligation to eventually complete this deal. He will have to continue the process until completed, or face litigation.
