Without money to make the units we cannot fill orders. The financing is coming - ultimately will lead to sales, profits, further manufacturing and development, which inturn will lead to further financing if needed. More orders will then follow.
Clorox/Amor All/STP would not grant the license without a certain level of assurance of success. What company would? If any "Joe blow" could get licensed, everyone would have one.
