He did in fact come back empty handed unless the ill fated east delta deal was germanated there. This announcemennt indicated there have benn prior negotiations which he is expecting to finalize. Very silly to announce it unless he is sure he will not disappoint ....again. Also don't like that the contract was signed friday but no announced till wednesday. Should hyave announced tues in my opinion.
