In my opinion not for now, at least not for short term. Maybe eventually they'll try to get sell some shares to cover their debt, I can see that happening, but as of right now it's clear that the stock is upticking independent of these factors, and the way things are looking, it's heading for a short term run. Took off in January from 7 cents to 22 cents, then dropped back down to 8 cents, and now taking off again - no dilution that I can see. I think there's at least one run left before they become officially toxic, and I'm playing it!
