2,175,000 share block went through at .0611 around 12:25pm....(above the ask) that $133,000 trade NICE!!

Note that the trade is reported with a “W” modifier to identify that it is an average trade Transaction and that the trade Price is not reflective of the current market. In other words, the trade was done in several transactions with a weighted average price of 0.611. The time reported has nothing to do with the actual times of these trades. All we know for sure is that the trades making up the 2,175,000 shares were done today.
I can bet they were not done above the ask. It was likely a Stop trade in which the MM and the buyer agree that the order will be executed at the Stop price or better.

Nevertheless, it is all good
