that's good news PKG...now if JV and Fidler can deliver on the promised stores (NV) from their end....and in MIchigan the group of investors JV touted were to deliver along with the "Jone's" (father/son) came thru with their stores.....we're suppose to see CA results there at a minimum.....and then of course there's the overseas fish bait for Russia that Fidler told us about and let's not forget the 2 Boston stores ....2008 should be the determining timeframe for JV to deliver on his promises.
Again, it's a wait and see like any development company and the reason we're paying lower prices here. My concern is not whether JV delivers....I think by looking at the plans he may but the stock a/s and o/s should not be ignored by anyone here....they are way too close, dangerously close and a r/s should not be a surprise IMO. The risk for me right now is that he doesn't r/s and delivers stores in 2008 that the market finds attractive. By Fidler's own words many of his friends have invested in this stock.
As usual, it's a wait and see.
