No one was willing to pay more for the subsidiaries that were sold. There was no conspiracy. Anyone, including shareholders, could have bought them. I am sure that Jane will entertain any offers for the remaining assets.

The questions remains is why the major assets were worth so little. Altomare has many years and spent multi-millions of shareholder's money. The result of this was apparently divisions worth $175,000?

To those who say the $700MM is a valuable asset? Make Jane a serious offer for it.
