Basically, this was a big stock about a year or so ago... HUGE story behind it, and this used to be a very popular board with quite a bit of traffic... some still follow the board b/c it is comical to watch the company continue to pump out these PR's after having screwed over so many of the original investors.
As far as short interest, I'm not sure if there is any...
