The market cap has been in free fall for about a year, as you said.

However, the VALUE (determined by assets, debt, and revenue potential) of the company has constantly grown during that time frame.

Was it under PRICED when the market cap was around $15 million? Is it over PRICED with a $1 million market cap?

Time will tell.
