well the share structure is small for any type of merge.. depending what the terms are it could be good or bad.. if nvmg is the main company it will be good for us.. if a bigger company take us over terms of the merger could be bad for us.. only time will tell how this will play out.. looking at the chart the company has not sold much is any shares... accum dist is way up so is cmf.. so they could be buying back shares and waiting to give us one big pr spree?? its anyones guess i also have not sold any shares i have added from time to time.. but if we don't get some kind of news we will keep dropping slowly.. again this is just my guess
