Wrong again HuffnPuff, the problem is with the DTC and we all know that is where all the dirty deeds are hidden from public view now don't we? When Mike Fernandez informed the SEC of the possibility of an illegal issuance of shares, the SEC responded swiftly and it is my belief that this illegal share issuance needs to play itself out in the Nevada court before you see them knocking on any doors. My gut instinct tells me that one of those doors may belong to you.
