There is no disputing it...and which is
why he went off in different directions
instead of sticking with the core business,
imo. More smokescreens were needed, imo.
Deal after deal, attempting to impress
shareholders...details of theses deals
shrouded in secrecy, and not amounting to
anything towards the growth of the company...
"smokescreens".
JF could have just stuck with games, giving
him the possibility of becoming more popular
than Gamefly. He surely had the money.
BUT...I guess he had "other" plans...maybe
paying off old debts, and stashing some away
for a rainy day...LOL!

No wonder JF appeared to be having so much
"fun with it".

HEY WAYNE! What PR are you talking about?
btw...remember the deal with Peter Klamka
in the early days? When I brought it up on
several occasions, not one person had a single
word to say about it.

kolchakil0,

Could not agree with you more. With a bit of distance from this you can start to gain some perspective and see what REALLY happened. It reminds me of the film " The Sting". In my opinion, this was JF's masterpiece; he appears to have a complete and thorough knowledge of all the pieces of the puzzle needed in order to carry out the perfect "con" and this was it. He had me ( and many others ) hanging on his every word, playing us like puppets on a string. I fell for this hook, line and sinker and but for my wife would have lost everything, so certain was I of the outcome of this business. He gave us so many toys to "salivate" over; "games AND movies for less", growing network of distribution centers, movies and games that actually came in the mail( that was a decisive factor for me), continually updated web-site, T.V stations, the Circuit City deal ( the absolute clincher for me) and so on and so forth. I lived and breathed this comapany from 2004 to the reverse split last year! I am sure family and friends are very relieved that I no longer breathe a word of it.

I am still a player in the OTCB and pink sheets, but believe nothing I read and am just looking for a quick profit on any PPS increase. ( Hoping something will happen with GRXI)

When all is said and done, the joke is on Fleming. He had a once in a lifetime opportunity that for whatever reason fell into his lap and he blew it. He could currently be the CEO of an incredibly successful business renting " movies and games for less" with digital download on the horizon. Can anyone deny that with a huge recession coming the affordability factor of Gameznflix would not have made it even more successful?

So Fleming sits on his throne in a remote part of the country, king of some tiny little town that no one knows or cares about...some kingdom! He could have been a mover and a shaker in the Gaming community and a billionaire to boot!

Who really lost in the end? JMHO
