There is part of that post that I agree with you on.
Even though what you call bashing, is more accurately described as posting of the truth, I do agree with you that that will stop when/if PHGI move to OTCBB. You see, that uplisting will require reporting of accurate financials. That in itself will be enough to relegate the stock to a "No Bid" issue, and people who post the truth will no longer need to do so, because the truth will be out there.
When was it first PR'd that the OTCBB uplisting would happen? Hope you are not holding your breath, you might turn blue.
