"How can you not be outraged by Altomare's behavior"
Who said I wasnt outraged? I am . I still think the judges emotional utterances are unprofessional, much like the Anna Nicole Smith Judge. A couple points:
1) If he was so upset at Altomare why didnt he rule on the contempt charge today and get it over with?
2) I thought it was posted on this board that the judge already ruled on the sale of the subsideraries. Now we find out that he hasnt, so all the so-called official documents presented here were ,I assume, bogus.
3) Why extend a comtempt hearing after it's already been extended twice?
4) Was there anything positive (in RA's favor) that was not presented here such as admonishment of the SEC attorneys by their neglecting to CC Gundy's new attorney's.
5)Why would the Judge discount this even though the SEC seemed to acknowledge that they erred given that Hughes was willing to postpone the hearing due to this oversight.
6) It appears this judge has a personal vendetta against RA. This is My on opinion of course.
