I think they may even renege on that but not sure. Guess no one was even thinking that far behind the 500 yet. Well if they do keep the O/S low and use it for a R/M there is still a chance for a 10 for 1 or more F/S but with all these extra shareholders that might be hard and the bitterness with the CEO. But even so they might use the certificate thing and not round up b/c of that. Well for the fractional. I got some 1's b/c I bought 1001 in half my accounts. But will see. Sometimes since we have so many multiple accounts the brokers might get lets say 100 share to distribute but have 1000 accounts so they just sit there. Happening with HBDY. Brokers have the share but dont know who should get them.
