king, apparently Bud was saying Tifford was in contempt. If Altomare gave Tifford the tapes and Tifford did not turn them over per the Court Order, I think the Judge will not be very happy. But I imagine Tifford did turn them over. Which raises the question of how much credence Bud deserves.
