" Now, if there were no construction, then I could see how one could become pessimistic...."

Imagine how pessimistic one could be when their Pre Paid Mastercard depended on it ? Plenty of examples for the world to see. And "WE" do see !

Is Perihelion global a scam?
Let me suggest to you That 'scams' are often about allusions to support illusions.
What may sometimes appear as evidence of existence is often nothing more than an illusion. Often, an effort to guide and direct is nothing more than an allusion.
In the abscense of verifiable information it is most difficult to ascertain illusion from reality and allusion from fact. When stated intent consistently goes unfulfilled the the distiction grows even more clouded.
Phgi allusions are supported by pr's of exagerated proportions and nearly absurd relavence.
The illusions exist and are supported by mining permits and assey,( that no one else seems to feel have value) radio station permits ( over valued for small insignificant stations with few listeners or advertising), a proposed bio refinery - (So far, only a tent and a redundant supply of empty tanks) with a capacity ability doubtful to ever generate profits----- if ever any fuel.
IMHO

juanly,
1. "all of the construction going on at the plant site"
This serves to confirm my suggestion of attempts at 'allusion' Unless of course you can provide evidence to support this statement beyond the known fact there exist merely a tent and a bunch of empty tanks that are the result of a years worth of 'construction' if you begin with ground breaking. There is no good reason why the entire project should not be complete at this time!

2. "That he really has no intention of seeing the completion of the plant to fruition?"
here was my statement, If Beebe had been able to generate enough intersest and capital in the beginning to implement the refinery plan he may have done so. However there comes a point in time when the realization is clear that the required capital will not be obtained. It is then that he began to milk the 'idea' for whatever he could get, and continues to do so. Yes the statement does imply doubt, appears nearly impossible to eliminate.

3. "Now, if there were no construction, then I could see how one could become pessimistic....BUT there is construction".
there has been some construction, yes. Just how impressive is it, how progressive is it, does it appear to be 'nearing completion, where is the refinery equipment?

4. "And for you to imply that this is being done by the company with the knowledge that it will NEVER be finished just to milk an idea...well that's a pretty serious implication, wouldn't you say"?
Yes i would say that was a very serious implication, precisly my point!

5. "That would go beyond just being a scam....so....I guess that we will just have to wait and see if the construction gets finished and the plant begins operations or not".
Not sure how you can go beyond being a scam.
Perhaps the small refinery will eventually be assembled and begin operations. I said, perhaps. Tell me does there yet exist a contract for assembly, where will feedstock come from? TIA for your response.
