The $1.3 million value associated with them that the shareholders initially paid for them, (or even the $600K value for the note the shareholders owe Mr Beebe): not real.

No, I can not provide you with that proof, John H Beebe, by his actions, can.

Stated desire by the company to be transparent regarding financial reporting: real.

Actual transparency regarding financial reporting: not real.

I'll suppose for some reason you'll say that actions are not proof, but you are entitled to your opinion.
