Accecptable at thie point but in the next few months all indicators are quite a bit tighter. We do think the housing market has hit its low but it will be 6-18 months before it comes back to what we think is good. I do completely understand the volatility of pennyz, thats why I play BUT I have never been invested in a stock where the releases have been like these----read them back all the way to '05. They come out with all the fanfare and whoops "it fell theough", "we just received 250mil" whoops its gone, "we funded 2 mortgages" by the way, their our vacation homes---where did it go? Either these guys are the most unluckiest people in the business world or they are completely stupid. Hell, maybe I am----but I'd like to think I'm not---who knows
