Mighty_Mezz, a permanent halt is a simple process, the SEC files a motion and there is a hearing, which can be filed during the course of a 10 suspension. No big deal and likely you would think if the officers are removed and a trustee ceases all operations and disposes of all assets. In regards to a 10 day suspension and/or a halt - I am surprised neither has occurred.

Allstate - A ten day suspension is the most the SEC can do unilaterally. To remove a stock from trading permanently takes a judicial process.
