Hmmm ... Seems the old P&D buy rating at the top and sell at the bottom. Another words the old saying when you are told to sell they are buying and they tell you to buy they are selling.
Right now reducing analyst ratings at the low after the fall is crazy. When they load up I guess they will slowly raise their ratings again.
