Only manipulation here is Bat - who would love to see the stock fall - no doubt he is workign for a competitor and would love to see the NASD hold up the uplift by listening to his rantings about manipulation.
To manipulate one has to be secretive. This compnay has been above board on all issues. It has an open line to management to discuss issues; has completed an extensive amount of documentation for the SEC; and has made public disclosure of its actions and future intent.
Bat - you only appear when you want the stock to fall further and scare the investors. Your accusations are false and you know it.
