the 235M is GOOG not RCCH, GOOG AS is huge, earnings only $12 per share, and it trades at $600 plus, not comparing this to GOOG valuation, but the earnings per share will be higher. GOOG makes little profit for the share structure size. Actually, the newest OS number for GOOG is 312M. They added another 100M shares to their OS.
