Neb, check me on this. Jim and Keith hold approximately 51% of the outstanding shares of Torvec stock. Is this not so? And if memory serves me, the Gleaseman family as a whole control about 67%. It would seem to me that the rest of us are around for the ride. Anything brought up for a vote would seem to me to be in total control of the Gleasemans. Aren't we just going through the motions any time we send in a proxy vote? Am I not understanding this?
