Perhaps the person "reporting" to you might not have been telling you the truth? That could be a very good reason why there has been no verification.
Considering that the "break-up" between Desimplex and PNMS was reported on Oct. 17, 2007, the supposed judgement went fairly quick??? I don't know about the Spanish legal system but if they are that efficient (3 months to verdict) then the U.S. needs to find out how that's done.
IMO, you were used to convey a false message. I don't care to shoot the messenger unless that message was brought forth by false pretense. And if it is false, then that very act could be considered manipulation.
