I would never do that and confront him that way. Just as I would not go to his house or his place of business and confront him. His wrongs against me are purely that he mis-managed capital I willingly gave him understanding the risk.

Now if we prove he lied in a capacity with the intent to deceive or illegally bolster the stock price that would be different and approached legally not personally.
