Looks like some folks still believe the Share structure that was posted on the Cyberkey website Danno! Good Grief! Plant Lied about Revenues,Govt.Contracts, but not the share structure? Gee does everyone still think its the Transfer Agents Policy not to release the share structure? or was that under strict direction from Jim Plant? And was not one of the charges he is facing for selling unregistered shares etc?
Fhanen I do feel sorry for those who have incurred losses here, but to raise conspiracy type theories etc is getting a little old at this juncture, there is no hidden GEM beneath the nothingness, the High Volume on the last few trading sessions of 2007 was people selling who waited to see if they could get more than .0001 for the shares throughout the year, they waited and waited till the last possible minute or day and decided to sell and take the tax write off,and who could blame them, the writing is on the wall, plants attorneys bailed on him, he was appointed an attoreney by the courts and it probably will not be very long until jim plant files for bankruptcy.
Do you think the courts appoint lawyers to those who can afford them? NOPE! They have to go to hearing first to determine if they are eligible to recieve a court appointed attorney, what does that mean? It means the Defendant can not afford an attorney!
Still thing Product is shipping as some here have suggested? Still think there are customers behind the scenes as some have suggested? Well if there are then plant is hiding all those sales and revenues from the courts or he would NOT have been appointed an attorney by the courts, and if that is the case then he is digging even a bigger hole for himself, but for the record I dont believe that scenario.
All indications are Plant is broke, the company is not selling anything to anyone, no one can even point to one Reseller for Cyberkey, and no one can point to even one Real Customer for Cyberkey.
So reality is, No VERIFIABLE Revenue,NO VERIFIABLE Sales, Gagged Transfer Agent, Share structure UNKNOWN,Trading on the Grey sheets,PPS .0001,CEO got a court appointed attorney and Facing Stock Fraud Charges from the SEC,only 3 generic flash drives for sale on cyberkeys ghost town of a website.
You can keep wishing but reality is this will be in Bankruptcy soon and the stock removed from trading in the not to distant future.
Here is something to think about though, even if in the wildest of scenarios Jim Plant was Acquited on ALL CHARGES then what?
Do you think the PPS is going to magically rise? Do you think the GOVT is now going to do business with Cyberkey? Do you think people are now going to start buying those 3 flash drives? Nope the facts remain that jim plant lied about Contracts and Revenues so nobody is going to want to do business with him or his company, he was not DUPED as some would put it, he signed his name to those unaudited fins, you cant tell me that such a small company that supposedly got a HUGE contract with DHS did not verify it and then want to hold the check that was sent or verify the revenues in the bank at some point, he knew, he lied and now is going to pay for those crimes, so even if he got off scott free you will still have a PPS here of .0001 trading on the greys with a gagged transfer agent and bankruptcy will probably still be filed for no matter what and whatever shares you have will still be worthless as they were 3 months ago!
If plant got off scott free he would close the doors, probably legally change his name, file Bankruptcy and move to TEXAS!

Goldenstar, the high volume trading sessions were in March!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not the end of the year, wow!!
AND? What is your point? Is there some magical thing you trying to point out? so some larger shareholder dumped back then so what? maybe he or she decided to invest elsewhere, do you think that is a sign from god that CKYS is going to succeed because there was some high volume at some point in the last year? What was the volume today and yesterday? It was ZERO SHARES FOR BOTH DAYS. Have a Good night.
